You will develop and manage market making strategies, monitor real-time conditions, and collaborate with co-founders and researchers to backtest ideas and optimize execution. Applicants should have strong Python skills and a track record in crypto trading with risk-adjusted returns.

Qualifications

Proven experience in trading crypto with direct PnL responsibility.
Knowledge of market microstructure, order types, and algorithmic execution.
Programming proficiency in Python for scripting and tools.
Basic options knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage token market making strategies on centralized exchanges.
Optimise hedging, monitor real-time market conditions and adjust positions.
Maintain PnL with risk controls and capital allocation.
Collaborate with tech ops and quant researchers to improve execution.
