We are seeking a Cruise Counter Sales / Consultant to provide professional consultation on cruise products, manage bookings and quotations, and deliver excellent pre- and post-sales service. The role includes promoting cruise lines, assisting customers with itinerary arrangements, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. Training will be provided, and candidates with prior travel or sales experience will have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to walk-in and online customers, providing consultation on cruise and travel products
  • Handle bookings, quotations, ticketing, and itinerary arrangements in a timely manner
  • Promote and sell designated cruise lines and other related travel products
  • Provide excellent pre- and post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
  • Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets
Requirements
  • Keen interest in cruises, with willingness to learn and grow in the travel industry
  • Prior experience and knowledge in travel, sales, or customer service is an advantage (training will be provided for beginners)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
