Principal Duties
- Identify crude oil and LPG sales opportunities and maintain existing sales for Aramco in Southeast Asia & Oceania
- Take responsibility for entire relationship management of designated customer portfolio.
- Frequently meet customers and each year visit several end-user refineries for intelligence gathering.
- Proactively assist Aramco in their supply contract negotiations and operational problem solving with these customers.
- Implement Aramco’s market strategy on the ground, including promotion of certain grades and volumes, convincing customers to adjust shipping schedules, etc.
- Support the OSP and LPG CP pricing reports with unique insights and shape their narrative. Give similar support to other periodic and ad-hoc reports issued by the department.
- Provide mentorship to younger colleagues and guide their work to ensure that their input serves the marketing efforts. Delegate work to junior colleagues effectively to maximize value of own worktime use
- Help to formulate departmental KPI and to design their implementation strategy.
- Participate in conferences, seminars, and other industry events.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in petroleum economics, economics or another business‑relevant field, or MBA
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the oil market, energy trading, downstream operations, or other relevant industries.
- At least 5 years of real business experience with marketing oil or other energy products, preferably crude oil & LPG
- Good business contacts within domestic/regional industry.
- At least 3 years of experience with training and guiding junior staff.
- Excellent skills in both spoken and written English
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and market data platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills to support commercial decision‑making.
