Job Description

• Manage cross-border freight movement between India and Singapore.
• Oversee shipping processes for parcels, air cargo, courier bags, and bulk shipments.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, customs forms, and clearance files.
• Coordinate with Indian courier partners for upstream pickup, sorting, and export.
• Monitor tracking systems, update shipment statuses, and resolve operational issues.
• Plan optimal routing for courier shipments and cross-border cargo.
• Ensure shipments meet regulatory requirements for both Singapore and India.
• Handle last-mile delivery coordination in Singapore.
• Build strong partnerships with courier vendors, consolidators, and freight handlers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• Good command of English (spoken and written) is required
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or cross-border shipping
• Experience in customs documentation, import/export compliance, and shipment clearance.
• Basic understanding of Singapore and India import/export regulations.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise with courier partners and vendors.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to ensure shipments meet all regulatory requirements.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, APICS/CPIM, IATA cargo certification) strengthen the application (Preferably)
