Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of HR generalist experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
• Comfortable managing cross-border HR matters between Singapore and Malaysia.
• Willing to travel frequently to Johor Bahru (70–90%).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations and HR projects for the Malaysia entity.
• Advise management on HR strategies, policies, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysia Employment Act and other statutory regulations.

Skills
