Job summary

TSTAR Recruit Pte. Ltd. is recruiting for a CRM Production Operator for an established MNC in Singapore. You will operate production machinery to hit output and quality targets, perform in-process QC using SPC, and ensure equipment is maintained.

Based in Sembawang with 5-day, 8am-5pm or 12pm-9pm shifts, the role requires basic math, Excel or similar, and teamwork with a readiness to work overtime. Salary up to SGD 2,800 plus AWS and VB (1–2 months).

Qualifications

• N Level or equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience in a clean room or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Basic reading and writing for instructions; basic math skills.

• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping per clean room requirements; report issues.

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a CRM Production Operator:

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery to achieve required output and quality standards.
• Perform in-process quality checks, including the use of statistical process control (SPC) charts and data entry.
• Ensure production equipment and tools are properly maintained and report any issues when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the work area in accordance with clean room requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum N Level or equivalent.
• Experience in a clean room or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel or equivalent) and familiarity with SPC are preferred.
• Basic reading and writing skills for operational and safety instructions.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Willingness to learn, with a responsible and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

• Salary: Up to SGD 2,800 +AWS+VB (1-2 Months)
