• Update and manage customer database for marketing campaigns.
• Source and add new contacts from targeted industries.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects requiring new database gathering.
• Import database into the Customer Relation Management System.
• Cold call for contact details from potential clients.
• Gather tenant details from targeted buildings as needed.
• Manage regular updates of landlord listings in the system.
• Send rental guides to opted-in clients from the database.
• Plan and manage department meeting schedules.
• Track and suggest CEA courses for brokers.
