A leading crewing services provider is looking for an administrative support professional in Singapore. The role involves managing crew payroll, schedules, and documentation, requiring experience in the Offshore Oil & Gas industry and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position offers a salary of up to $3400 and is located in Tai Seng.
Provided administrative and operational support to the offshore crewing division, assisting with crew payroll, schedules, sign‑on/off documentation, and welfare matters.
Maintained and organized filing systems for vessel and crew records, ensuring all documents, certificates, and checklists complied with Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
Managed data entry, documentation, printing, and filing tasks to keep crew records and vessel files accurate and up to date.
Prepared and arranged crew travel applications, logistics, and petty cash statements, ensuring smooth coordination for crew movements.
Updated and tracked crew certificates and records, liaising with masters, port authorities, and flag states (MPA) on crew‑related matters as needed.
Requirement:
Minimum GCE “O” Levels with 1–2 years’ experience; skilled in Microsoft Office and familiar with MLC/STCW regulations.
Experience in Offshore Oil & Gas.
