KEY RESPONSIBILITIES and TASKS:
- 1. MOM Work Pass ( EP/SP/WP) Application and adhere to its procedures including arranging employees Education verification, medicals, Security bond and insurance. Process, Apply and Issue Employment Pass, Special Pass, Work Permits for Marine Employees working within port limits.
- 2. Administration of Employment Agreement (crew member)
- a. Prepare Employment agreement for crew members (Seafarer Employment Agreement).
- 3. Work closely with overseas Crewing Team to ensure documentation complience
- 4. Work with the clients and agents locally to keep the progress of work pass application and operational matters intact.
- 5. Update records of employees in the Crewing systems & in-house software.
- 6. Update and tracking excel sheet of all employees and contractors’ work pass, work pass exemption.
- 7. Computing monthly Payroll processing and leave balance calculation for crew members.
- 8. Monitor work pass cancelation and timly reporting to IRAS for tax computation.
- 9. Knowledge of MPA system and Harbourcraft vessel handling will be an added advantage.
