Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in credit risk management within energy/commodities trading.
• Strong knowledge of counterparty risk assessment and credit approvals.
• Understanding of commodity trading markets and related risk.
• Experience with letters of credit, risk insurance, and guarantees.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities; English and Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and enhance the Group's credit risk framework and policies.
• Assess counterparties' creditworthiness and determine terms and limits.
• Monitor trading exposures and manage credit risk across regional subsidiaries.
• Prepare credit assessment reports for Senior Management review.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Trading, and Finance on risk issues.
• Maintain approved LC banks lists and monitor credit insurance coverage.
• Lead risk control initiatives and ensure compliance with risk frameworks.
