OCBC invites you to join as a Credit Research Intern in Singapore. You will work with experienced analysts, gaining hands‑on exposure to the credit research process, market intelligence, and investment views that support decision-making across the bank.

You will develop analytical, valuation, and communication skills while contributing to real research publications and learning in a collaborative team. This internship offers structured learning and exposure to global markets.

Qualifications

• Open to learning and feedback; strong interest in financial markets and credit analysis.
• Curious, analytical, and detail‑oriented mindset with familiarity in financial statements.
• Background in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines; proficient in Excel/Word.
• Excellent written, reading, and verbal English; able to work independently.
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree; available for 6+ months full‑time internship.

Responsibilities

• Research market developments, industry trends, and company events; contribute to internal/external research publications.
• Perform financial analysis, review statements, and support credit and investment analysis across sectors.
• Gather information on companies and industries to support research recommendations and views.
• Maintain and update financial models, valuation tools, and company databases.
• Monitor market developments and identify risks/opportunities for investment insights.
• Prepare, format, and distribute research reports and presentations.
• Attend investor meetings and market events to gain first‑hand insights.
• Collaborate with Global Markets, Wealth Management, Risk Management, and other teams.
• Support ad‑hoc research assignments and strategic initiatives.
