Credit Controller Main Job Scope
  1. Debt Collection & Accounts Receivable Management
    Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
    Send reminders, statements, and collection notices to customers.
    Negotiate payment plans with customers facing financial difficulties.
    Liaise with internal sales, leasing and account teams regarding payment delays.
  2. Risk Assessment & Reporting
    Identify potential credit risks & take proactive measures to mitigate them
    Prepare reports on outstanding debts, aged receivables, and bad debt provisions.
    Recommend legal action or debt recovery strategies for non-paying customers.
  3. Customer Relations & Dispute Resolution
    Handle customer queries related to invoices, payments, and credit terms.
    Investigate and resolve billing disputes to ensure timely payments.
    Maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring adherence to payment terms.
  4. Compliance & Documentation
    Ensure compliance with company credit policies and legal requirements.
    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment history, and credit agreements.
  5. Other Ad hoc Jobs Being Assigned From Management from time to time.
Qualifications
