A leading electronics company in Singapore seeks a credit control professional to manage account payments and resolve disputes. The role requires a diploma in finance or accounting and at least one year of relevant experience. Candidates must be skilled in communication and problem-solving, with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. This position involves reviewing accounts, generating statements, and interacting with customers and internal teams.
To establish and maintain direct communication with customers, sales and customer service for payment collection, following up of disputed accounts, credit risk management etc as well as supporting the Credit Manager, Asia, for credit reporting of Asia Pacific Region.
