A leading electronics company in Singapore is seeking a Credit Control Specialist to manage customer accounts and payment collections. Responsibilities include reviewing accounts, handling invoice disputes, and generating account statements. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Finance or Accounting and has at least one year of relevant experience. This role is crucial for maintaining effective communication with both customers and internal teams.
To establish and maintain direct communication with customers, sales and customer service for payment collection, following up of disputed accounts, credit risk management etc as well as supporting the Credit Manager, Asia, for credit reporting of Asia Pacific Region.
