Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive credit evaluation on new‑to‑bank and existing customers by reviewing financial statements, cash flow projections, business plans and other relevant information to assess creditworthiness.
• Evaluate debt repayment ability based on factors such as income, assets, debts, employment status, credit history and other related factors.
• Provide recommendations on credit limit/approvals based on the outcome of the credit evaluation process.
• Monitor and control overdue accounts, negotiating payment schedules when necessary.
• Ensure all credit proposals are processed within agreed turnaround time.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of customer's credit history and account status in the bank's system.
• Comply with all applicable internal policies and procedures including credit policy manual and operating instructions.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports on credit proposals and outstanding loans.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accountancy or Economics.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in banking industry will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge in SAP and CMS will be added advantage.
