We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Credit Admin Specialist to join IFS Capital Limited on a minimum of 6-month temporary assignment. You will be responsible for managing credit documentation, preparing facility letters and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. The role also involves coordinating with lawyers, valuers, and insurers, as well as assisting in redemptions and management reporting.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with experience in credit administration or banking operations, and a strong commitment to accuracy and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, issue and verify credit facility letters and other related credit documents.

Handle the activation and disbursement of credit facilities and loan transactions.

Ensure proper checking, filing, and safekeeping of credit documentation.

Assist in the preparation of management reports.

Liaise with external parties such as lawyers, valuers and insurers on documentation, disbursement and redemption matters.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness of credit administration processes.

Participate in automation projects and workflow improvement discussions.

Perform any other ad‑hoc duties assigned to support credit administration function.

Requirements:

Diploma in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Minimum 1 year of credit admin experience in the financial industry, preferably in the SME financing segment.

Willing to commit to a minimum of 6-month contract role.

Candidates with prior experience in the financial industry, even if not directly related to credit administration, who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, may also be considered.

Strong attention to detail with good organisational and analytical skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

Positive attitude, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
