Job summary

The Wild Ventures in Singapore is seeking a hands-on content and creator marketing lead. You will shoot, edit, write, and pitch creators, deciding what to post and why, with a global customer base in mind.

You’ll own the content calendar across brands, build live campaigns, and explore new formats while using AI tools to scale output. A strong voice in English and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

Must be a native user of social platforms and understand why formats work.
Able to film and edit something watchable today without waiting for direction.
Write well in English, quickly, with a distinct voice.
Prefer hands-on experimentation and willingness to try new ideas.

Responsibilities

Shoot and edit short-form video for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, self-shot on a phone or with AI tools to reach high volume.
Write captions, hooks and copy that sound human and not like a brand deck; use AI but keep your POV.
Own the content calendar across brands and maintain a consistent publishing rhythm.
Run creator outreach end to end: pitching, negotiating, briefing, seeding, following up.
Source and turn UGC and product shots into content that performs.
Handle day-to-day posting, comments and DMs across platforms.
Test new platforms and formats before they become obvious.
Pull performance data, analyze what's working, drop what isn't.
Assist with email campaigns, paid social experiments and organic search content.
Bring ideas to the table and advocate for them.
