They are seeking a Creative Strategy Director to lead the agency's transformation from an influencer-marketing leader to an influence-led creative agency. Elevate the company from strong end‑to‑end execution to strategic, insight‑driven, and culturally relevant creative storytelling – with influencers at the core of every idea.

Role Purpose

To architect and lead the agency's creative strategy function, bridging business development, account management, and influencer community teams. This leader will integrate brand strategy, creative concepting, and cultural insight into holistic campaigns that drive both business results and cultural impact.
