EXEO Global Pte Ltd, headquartered at our Singapore location, is seeking a Creative Specialist to elevate our brand identity. You will craft visuals, graphics, and assets across digital and print, supporting marketing campaigns and events with a strong understanding of user journeys.

The role requires 2–3 years in digital media, proficiency in Figma and Adobe suite, and the ability to deliver high-quality visuals on tight timelines. Join a dynamic team at the corporate marketing hub.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in digital media design, creative design, or visual communication.
• 2–3 years of related digital media experience.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Strong understanding of interactive design, typography and color theory.
• Proficient in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
• Ability to deliver assets on tight deadlines.

The Role

Join the creative minds in our corporate marketing team at the global headquarters of EXEO Global. Working collaboratively with other departments, the Creative Specialist will be involved in building, elevating and evolving our brand identity. The Creative Specialist helps effectively communicate the brand’s values and mission through compelling visuals and brand stories and helps in creating value through his/ her strong understanding of marketing workflows and customer journeys.

Key Accountabilities

• Works closely with the Marketing Team/ Creative Lead to develop and evolve the company's visual identity and brand guidelines.


• Create visually appealing brand graphics (both digital/ print), animations and videos to support both internal and external branding and marketing activities.


• Assist in image asset library creation and organisation, and updating of brand asset library, websites, or even social media channels as needed.


• Assist in ensuring the smooth running of marketing campaigns (both digital and in-person) and in-person corporate events.


• Ensure consistency in brand representation across all touch points, able to maintain a cohesive and visual identity.


• Stay informed on design innovations to ensure brand collaterals remain contemporary and relevant to current market trends.


• Capture photos during corporate events, internal activities and other initiatives across on-location settings.


• Support the Marketing Team with corporate events including overseas seminars.


• Other ad-hoc job-related duties as required to support business needs.

Skills & Experiences

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Digital Media Design, Creative Design, Visual Communication or related disciplines.


• Minimum 2 – 3 years of related work experience in digital media industry


• Good communication skills in English language.


• Good understanding of interactive design, layout, colour theory, typography and digital photography.


• Proficient with tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro.


• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver on required assets in a timely manner.


• Familiar with the latest visual trends and digital technologies.


• Versatile and able to adapt to different visual styles/ narratives.


• Responsible and motivated individual, that is willing to learn and explore new ideas.
