Job summary

JNA Real Estate in Singapore seeks a video producer to own production from setup to final export. You will shoot and edit studio, reels and long-form content, including travel shoots with the founder, and manage end-to-end post-production with motion graphics.

The role offers creative ownership and exposure to Singapore's property market. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of shooting/editing experience, proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, and skills in motion graphics and 3D animation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience shooting and editing video content
• Strong command of Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Proficiency in motion graphics (After Effects or similar) and 3D animation
• Hands-on experience with mirrorless/cinema cameras, lighting setups and wireless audio
• Eye for composition and storytelling in short- and long-form content
• Flexible hours for shoots and ability to work on the move
• Self-directed, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects
• Bonus: experience in real estate, architecture or interior videography, or CAAS-licensed drone footage

Responsibilities

• Set up and run studio shoots with cameras, lighting, audio and backdrops for talking-head content, educational series and interviews
• Keep studio gear organised and shoot-ready
• Film and edit reels for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts with captions and motion text
• Maintain platform-specific formatting and B-roll, sound design
• Shoot and edit long-form videos (3–15 min) with strong structure and pacing while capturing property and lifestyle footage
• Manage full edit workflow: assembly, color grading, audio cleanup, graphics and export for each platform
• Create motion graphics and 3D animation for titles, lower thirds, data visualisations and explainers as needed
• Maintain an organised footage library and project archive
• Turn around edits on schedule and iterate on feedback
