Vivid Media is seeking a proactive Producer/Director to lead video production projects end-to-end in Singapore. The role emphasizes creative direction, client communication, and meticulous project management from concept to final delivery.

You will work across pre-production, production, and post-production, coordinating with casting, locations, and crews while ensuring budgets and timelines are met. This position offers a dynamic environment and a focus on storytelling excellence.

Responsabilités

• Create compelling video concepts and pitch presentations aligned with client goals and project briefs.
• Draft detailed estimates and develop project plans including resource allocation and timelines.
• Serve as the primary client liaison to ensure clear communication and alignment with client objectives.
• Collaborate with the video team to develop storyboards, scripts, and visual treatments.
• Present ideas to clients, incorporate feedback, and refine pitches to meet client expectations.
• Coordinate pre-production tasks such as casting, location scouting, and permit acquisition.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to support production needs.
• Plan all production aspects meticulously to ensure smooth shooting processes.
• Provide creative direction on set, guiding talents and crew to realize the desired vision while managing client feedback.
• Collaborate with editors and post-production teams to ensure final products align with initial vision and client expectations.
• Manage digital files and perform ad hoc tasks as required.
