About the role:
We are seeking a Creative Manager to lead and execute the creative vision for a rapidly growing F&B hospitality group in Singapore. This role combines strategic thinking, hands‑on design, and team leadership, shaping the visual identity and brand experiences across multiple dining concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Head of Marketing to conceptualize and implement creative strategies for campaigns, product launches, and in‑store experiences.
- Design and produce high‑quality visual assets including digital ads, social media content, menus, posters, signage, packaging, and event collateral.
- Develop and maintain brand identities, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage and mentor junior designers or freelance creatives when needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, culinary) and external vendors to deliver creative projects on time.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in F&B and hospitality marketing.
- Oversee project timelines and workflows from concept to execution.
Who are we looking for:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative thinking.
- Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong conceptual thinking with attention to detail, color, typography, and layout.
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Passionate about food, design, and storytelling.
