A mission-driven company in Singapore seeks a Creative Lead to shape visual and content direction for multiple brands. This role demands a dynamic leader with 5-8 years of experience in graphic design and content creation, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a strong portfolio. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to produce engaging campaigns and ensure brand consistency across various platforms.
We’re looking for a passionate and visionary Creative Lead to drive the visual and content direction across our family of brands at the SaladStop! Group. This role is ideal for a dynamic creative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, combining strong leadership with hands‑on execution to shape compelling, purpose-driven campaigns.
End‑to‑End Creative Execution
Conceptualize, design, film, and produce content for social media, digital signage, packaging, menus, mobile applications, and campaign visuals across multiple brands.
Digital Content & Storytelling
Lead the creation of short-form video content, photography, and animations that bring our brand stories to life—highlighting product launches, behind‑the‑scenes experiences, customer interactions, and brand campaigns.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with teams across marketing, procurement, culinary, tech, and operations to develop effective visual content that aligns with business needs and campaign goals.
Brand Consistency
Ensure creative consistency across all touchpoints while adapting assets for different platforms and brand voices.
Mentor & Guide
Provide creative direction to junior designers, interns, and freelance partners to ensure high‑quality, on‑brand work.
Trend Awareness & Innovation
Stay ahead of design and content trends, social platform shifts, and emerging creative technologies (e.g., AI tools) to keep our brands at the forefront of engagement.
Content Performance Optimization
Analyze the effectiveness of content, applying insights to continuously refine and improve visual strategies.
Multi‑Brand Project Management
Balance multiple brand timelines and project scopes—delivering assets that are creative, impactful, and on time.
Creative & Strategic: You have a strong design sensibility and understand how creative supports business goals.
Hands‑On Leader: You’re not afraid to do the work—whether that’s directing a shoot, editing a reel, or laying out a menu.
Visual Storyteller: You know how to craft engaging, brand‑relevant content that resonates across platforms.
Collaborative Communicator: You work well with multiple teams and stakeholders, bringing ideas to life through teamwork.
Detail‑Oriented & Adaptable: You take pride in producing polished work while staying flexible across brand requirements.
5–8 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or visual communications.
A strong, relevant portfolio showing brand work across digital, video, and print—especially within F&B, lifestyle, or FMCG.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut), and comfort with AI‑driven design tools.
Working knowledge of UI/UX and motion design is a plus.
Deep understanding of platform‑specific content formats for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
Experience managing project timelines and brand consistency across multiple touchpoints.
