Responsibilities

Content creation: design and produce assets for internal comms and employer branding campaigns
Support video storyboarding and turning ideas into short, engaging content
Assist social media posting across Scoot's employer branding channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) in various formats
Collaborate with agencies/partners/influencers when relevant
Support end-to-end planning and execution of internal events and engagement activities
Prepare employee-facing communications and contribute creative event ideas
