We are seeking a versatile and creatively driven Creative Executive to work closely with the Company Director on design, branding, and merchandising initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in design software, possesses strong communication abilities, and can manage vendor relationships while contributing fresh, innovative ideas to elevate our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, visual assets, and high‑quality designs for presentations, apparel, merchandise, and marketing materials.
• Create engaging and polished PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
• Design and customise merchandise concepts across various materials and product categories.
• Support basic photography and videography tasks, including shooting and simple editing.
• Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and production partners to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and design‑related projects.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with partners and ensure clear communication of design specifications and expectations.
• Manage timelines, file organisation, and project deliverables with a high level of meticulousness.
• Ensure all outputs meet brand standards, quality expectations, and deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic photography and videography skills (shooting + simple editing).
• Pleasant working attitude, proactive, and highly organised.
• Willing and able to travel overseas for work when required.
• Relevant prior work experience in a similar role.

Additional Information

• Working hours: Tuesdays to Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (1‑hour lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM).
