Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to support the visual identity and communication needs of the hotel. This role is responsible for conceptualising, designing, and producing visual assets that elevate the hotel’s brand across Rooms, F&B, Events, and digital touchpoints.

You will work closely with the Marketing, F&B, Sales, and Guest Experience teams to ensure all creative output reflects brand standards and enhances the guest journey from discovery to stay.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Visual Design
  • Develop and produce visual assets including posters, menus, digital banners, brochures, room signage, and in-house collaterals.
  • Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and strengthens the hotel’s visual identity.
  • Support brand refresh initiatives and ensure consistency across all departments.
Campaign & Content Creation
  • Design supporting materials for hotel campaigns, room promotions, seasonal initiatives, and F&B activations.
  • Work with the Marketing & Communications team to translate concepts into compelling visual storytelling.
  • Create assets for social media, website, eDMs, and paid digital channels.
F&B & Rooms Collaboration
  • Support F&B outlets with artwork for menus, pop-ups, product labels, events, and retail merchandise.
  • Partner with Rooms and Guest Experience teams to design in-room collaterals, wayfinding materials, and guest touchpoint visuals.
Photography, Videography & Editing
  • Assist with simple photography and videography for Rooms, F&B, and events (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Edit photos and videos to ensure high-quality presentation on digital and print platforms.
Production & Vendor Management
  • Liaise with printers, agencies, and external vendors to manage artwork delivery and production timelines.
  • Ensure accuracy in final artwork and troubleshoot layout or colour issues when required.
Skills and Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, or related field.
  • Experience in hospitality or lifestyle brands is preferred (hotel, F&B, retail, or creative agencies serving hospitality clients).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere/After Effects is a plus).
  • Strong eye for detail, layout, typography, and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic photography/videography skills are an advantage.
