The Opportunity
This position offers a unique opportunity to blend creativity with strategic marketing execution. You will take ownership of the company’s visual identity, digital presence, and campaign initiatives, while collaborating closely with leadership and clinical teams to communicate our brand message effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Devise and implement comprehensive marketing and social media strategies aligned with business objectives
- Develop annual and quarterly campaign calendars and budgets
Content Creation & Design
- Conceptualise, produce, and edit engaging content (graphics, videos, articles, visuals) for digital and print platforms
- Design marketing collaterals, clinic displays, and promotional materials that align with brand guidelines
Campaign & Event Management
- Plan, execute, and manage integrated digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social media advertising
- Support the organisation of marketing events, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives
Social Media & Community Engagement
- Design, maintain, and grow the company’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Engage with online audiences, monitor comments and messages, and foster a positive community environment
Performance & Market Insights
- Track and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, reporting on engagement metrics, conversion rates, and ROI
- Conduct market research to understand trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation
Collaboration & Brand Consistency
- Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure unified branding and messaging
- Uphold and evolve the company’s visual and brand standards across all marketing materials
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or design (experience in healthcare, wellness, or professional services is advantageous)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign) and social media management tools
- Strong writing skills with an eye for detail and design aesthetics
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimise campaigns
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Work Location and Working Hours
- Head Office: Lower Delta Road
- Occasional visits to clinic branches for campaign shoots or project coordination
- Monday - Friday
- 9am - 6pm
