The Role

We are looking for a Designer to drive art direction, illustration, and design across our portfolio of clients and creative properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide art direction, illustration, and graphic design across ATL/BTL, digital, and social formats (static, animation, photography, web, video).
  • Conceptualise, storyboard, and design style frames for animation and production projects.
  • Ensure creative output reflects brand intent, aligns with messaging, and upholds agency quality standards.
  • Lead art direction for visual communication projects, including merchandise, photography, and internal productions.
  • Collaborate with the team on ideation and campaign conceptualisation.
  • Present creative campaigns and design solutions to clients.
  • Prepare visuals for internal and external presentations.
  • Participate in production processes to ensure integrity across print, video, and digital outputs.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent.
Strong portfolio showcasing aesthetic sense, typography, and layout (online portfolio preferred).
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Freehand optional).
Knowledge of web design is an advantage.
Strong awareness of pop culture, design trends, and emerging techniques.
Able to manage deadlines and perform under pressure.
