Job description

Our Creative Designer should bring insight and passion to the TLC working environment, which heavily promotes vision, innovation, and creativity.

We are seeking a creative individual who can develop innovative design solutions, from broad concept development through implementation.

Core Deliverables:
  • Must be able to create and execute original concepts into engaging visuals in response to client briefs and team requirements for proposal decks.
  • Should develop creative ideas that deliver value and meet clients' and business objectives, maintaining the company's expected levels of creative excellence and professionalism.
  • Must be familiar with video editing tools such as After Effects or Premier Pro.
  • Must proactively gather information about clients to better understand their needs.
  • Present, share, and review creative work with the Agency Director, Creative Director, Strategic Planner, Account Manager, and Managing Director.
  • Must be resourceful and able to manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
  • Must develop good working relationships with Business Development & Account Management through insight and recommendations.

The Graphic Designer will directly report to the Creative Director and will work together with a multi-disciplinary team within the global TLC network.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with the wider APAC team to help create creative, innovative promotional campaigns.
  • Work fast and prolifically.
  • Accept creative direction with a smile.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong creative problem solving, both on a conceptual level and executing the visual.
  • 2-3 years of graphic design experience in a creative ad agency.
  • Experience working on large and local accounts.
  • Strong communication skills - able to verbalize thoughts and ideas clearly.
  • Good with video editing/animations.
  • A portfolio showcasing your creative ideation and technical abilities in design work.
  • High proficiency with Adobe creative tools, especially Illustrator and Photoshop, After Effects or Premier Pro.
  • Comfortable with translating briefs into key visuals with appropriate support from seniors.
  • Able to experiment with different creative formats and placements.
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively to deliver on brief and on time.
  • Eager to grow and take ownership of projects.
