What You'll Work On

• Visual Content Creation: Design eye‑catching visuals across digital platforms, social media, print materials, and in‑store assets.
• Brand Storytelling: Assist in developing design solutions that communicate PlayMade’s voice and identity.
• Campaign Support: Collaborate with marketing and design teammates to execute campaigns, product promotions, and seasonal pushes.
• Trend‑Driven Social Content: Design responsive and culturally relevant visuals for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and more.
• Merchandise Design: Contribute creative ideas for new merch items and support production design needs.
• Cross‑Team Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders and occasionally assist in coordinating with external partners or vendors.
• Project Ownership: Manage assigned tasks and timelines efficiently, with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in a creative or design role, ideally in F&B, retail, e‑commerce, or consumer brands.
• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Bonus points for knowledge of After Effects or motion tools.
• Strong grasp of layout, color, typography, and branding fundamentals.
• Awareness of current digital and cultural trends—especially what works visually on social media.
• Willingness to take feedback, iterate fast, and learn from senior creatives and collaborators.
