Job summary

The Winery Tapas Bar in CHIJMES Singapore offers Spanish tapas with an international twist. We are seeking a marketing design intern to support two brands, The Winery and Epico Wine and Spirits, by creating graphic designs, social content, and videos.

You will gain hands-on experience across campaigns, events, and brand activations with visible, impactful creative work. You will craft posts for Instagram and other platforms, design print collateral, edit photos and videos, and help with shoots

Qualifications

• Strong interest and skills in graphic design, video editing, or visual storytelling.
• Portfolio or work samples required to demonstrate ability.
• Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere Pro).
• Good eye for layout, typography, color, composition and branding.
• Understanding of social media platforms and short-form content trends.
• Creative, proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage projects across two brands with competing priorities.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred for potential Chinese content.
• Commitment to a six-month internship.

Job Summary

You will support marketing for The Winery and Epico Wine and Spirits by creating graphic designs, social media content, and videos. Gain hands-on experience across two brands, contributing to campaigns, events, and brand activations with visible, impactful creative work.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media posts, stories, carousels, and short-form videos to promote The Winery and Epico Wine and Spirits brands
• Plan and produce content tailored for Instagram, Xiaohongshu, and other relevant platforms to increase audience engagement
• Create in-house print collateral such as menus, posters, flyers, table displays, event materials, brochures, and promotional assets to support marketing initiatives
• Edit photos and videos for social media, campaigns, events, and product features to enhance visual storytelling
• Adapt creative materials into various digital and print formats to ensure consistent brand presentation
• Provide design support for restaurant promotions, wine launches, tastings, trade events, and marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness
• Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone across both brands to strengthen brand recognition
• Assist with photography and video shoots to capture content aligned with marketing goals
• Contribute innovative ideas inspired by current social media, design, food, wine, and lifestyle trends to keep content fresh and relevant
• Manage multiple creative projects independently while collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams to meet deadlines and objectives
• Support the marketing team with additional creative and ad hoc tasks as needed to ensure smooth campaign execution

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong interest and skills in graphic design, video editing, or visual storytelling demonstrated through a portfolio or work examples
• Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, to produce high-quality creative assets
• Good eye for layout, typography, color, composition, and branding to create visually appealing content
• Understanding of social media platforms and short-form content trends to optimize engagement
• Creative, proactive, organized, and eager to learn attitude to contribute effectively in a dynamic environment
