Job summary

Fresh SEA-Oceania is seeking a highly driven Creative & Content Intern to join the marketing and creative team. The role focuses on translating brand objectives into fresh, compelling content across digital, print, and social channels.

You'll brainstorm, storyboard, shoot, edit, and produce content for TikTok, Instagram, EDM, and campaigns, collaborating with regional colleagues to maintain high production standards.

Qualifications

• Photography, videography, editing or creative content skills. Ability to leverage AI in content creation is a plus.
• A strong visual mindset and understanding of the wider landscape of beauty video.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take creative direction and bring it to life through video editing.
• Strong understanding of frame composition (lighting, angles, negative space, photo clarity/depth of frame).
• Strong understanding of studio tools such as ring lights, tripods, props, backdrops, etc.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and collaborate with the team to conceptualize compelling social content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and EDM.
• Conceptualize, design and execute creative content and layouts for SEA-Oceania campaigns.
• Create storyboards, shot lists, and pre-production materials; manage all production phases from ideation to post-production.
• Capture and edit original video content across marketing campaigns and social media.
• Design and produce marketing collaterals for print and digital, including websites and brochures.
