Job Overview

The Creative Content & Media Specialist is responsible for developing and executing creative concepts, producing multimedia content, managing social media, and maintaining website content. This role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure alignment with the Group's branding, enhancing both internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Concept Development
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, HR, and other departments to understand project requirements.
  • Develop creative concepts for campaigns, internal communications, and other marketing materials in alignment with the Group's branding.
Graphic Design
  • Create visually appealing designs for both print and digital media, including brochures, social media graphics, email templates, and presentations.
Multimedia Content Creation
  • Produce engaging multimedia content (e.g., animations, interactive elements) for social media and the website.
Content Calendar Management
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely production and distribution of content across all platforms.
Photography/Videography
  • Project Planning: Plan and execute photography and videography sessions for group events, product showcases, and employee profiles.
  • Content Capture: Capture high-quality photos and videos that effectively communicate the Group's message.
  • Editing: Edit photos and videos using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Library Management: Organize a digital library for easy access to photos and videos.
Social Media Management
  • Creative Concept Development: Collaborate with various teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns and internal communications.
  • Content Creation: Design engaging multimedia content for social media platforms and the website.
  • Content Distribution: Ensure timely production and distribution of content to meet campaign goals.
Copywriting
  • Develop clear and effective creative concepts for internal communications and marketing materials, in collaboration with marketing and HR teams.
  • Write compelling content for brochures, social media posts, email templates, and more.
Website Management
  • Content Oversight: Assist in the creation and updating of website content to ensure it is engaging and current.
  • SEO Management: Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and user engagement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track website performance and user engagement via analytics, optimizing content accordingly.
Requirements
  • ITE/Diploma in Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in content creation or digital media.
  • Experience in photography, videography, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
