As a Brand Strategist, you’ll shape and define the brand direction for a fast-growing tech consultancy working across multiple markets and product categories.
You’ll translate business and product goals into a clear, compelling brand narrative—supported by strong visual sensibility—to ensure consistency and impact across every touchpoint.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Singapore.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Define and evolve brand positioning, values, and messaging architecture across markets
- Develop brand strategies tailored to regional audiences, ensuring cultural and market relevance
- Partner with creative, design, and product teams to align on brand execution and consistency
- Create high-level visual concepts, moodboards, and design references to communicate strategy
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify insights and opportunities
- Support product launches and marketing campaigns with brand narrative and messaging frameworks
- Present brand strategies and creative direction to senior stakeholders and clients
WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU
- 7+ years’ experience in brand strategy, preferably with multi-market or multi-product exposure
- Strong grasp of brand architecture, positioning, and storytelling frameworks
- Solid visual sensibility—able to translate strategy into creative direction
- Skilled in presentation (Keynote, PowerPoint) and concept-level design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written) for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT
- Experience in tech, gaming, or entertainment brands
- Familiarity with digital brand activation and omnichannel strategies
- Knowledge of customer research and analytics tools
- Proven ability to lead workshops or guide teams in brand thinking
