Job summary

FUCHI PTE LTD is seeking an experienced crane operator to join our on-site crew. You will operate mobile, crawler, or tower cranes following approved lifting plans and safety procedures, with coordination from the Lifting Supervisor and other key roles.

The role requires daily checks and compliance with WSH regulations. Applicants should have a valid Crane Operator License, 2–5 years of crane experience, physical fitness, and flexibility to work overtime and at multiple project sites.

Qualifications

• Valid Crane Operator License issued by MOM / Accredited Authority.
• Minimum 2–5 years of crane operating experience (project-dependent).
• Physically fit and medically certified for crane operation.
• Able to work overtime, weekends, and at multiple project sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile, crawler, or tower cranes according to approved lifting plans and safety procedures.
• Perform daily pre-operational checks and basic maintenance of crane equipment.
• Execute lifting operations in coordination with Lifting Supervisor, Rigger, and Signalman.
• Ensure all lifting activities comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
• Follow load charts, rated capacities, and manufacturer’s operating instructions.
• Stop operations immediately if unsafe conditions are identified.
• Maintain accurate records for crane operations, inspections, and logbooks.
• Report equipment defects, incidents, or near-misses promptly.
• Support site operations as instructed by the Supervisor or Management.

Safety & Compliance

• Strictly adhere to WSH Act, MOM regulations, and company safety policies

• Participate in toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and training sessions

• Use appropriate PPE at all times on site

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid Crane Operator License issued by MOM /Accredited Authority

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant crane operating experience (project-dependent)

• Familiar with construction site operations and lifting procedures

• Physically fit and medically certified for crane operation

• Able to work overtime, weekends, and at multiple project sites when required

• Team player with good safety awareness and discipline

• preferrable able to work on shift works when required
