Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking Operations Coordinators to support installation and maintenance projects. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in operations, preferably within the construction industry, and should be comfortable with site work. Additional advantages include having a vehicle for site travel. The role offers a salary of up to $5,000 basic and a variable bonus as well as transport allowances.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Department Manager in supervising teams for installation, maintenance, and dismantling of equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safe work procedures, manufacturer specs, and government regulations.
  • Coordinate internal administrative, logistics, and operational activities.
  • Liaise with client-side project teams to plan and fulfill project deliverables.
  • Ensure all work meets company policies, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.

Operations Coordinator (3 Positions Available)

📍 Location: Gul Drive
💼 Salary: Up to $5,000 basic + variable bonus
🚗 Transport: Allowance reimbursed for site travel (own car/motorbike is a plus)
🕘 Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday (Half Day): 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
  • 🗓️ Work Week: 5.5 days
Key Responsibilities:
