Job summary

AMTSOL is seeking a CQV Lead for Warehouse and Packaging to drive commissioning and qualification for packaging lines, storage, and related systems. You will lead QCV execution, coordinate with EPCM teams, vendors, and Operations, and ensure documentation and readiness for startup activities.

The role requires leadership of CQV projects across packaging lines, paralleled with quality and safety standards, and alignment with project schedules.

Qualifications

• Specific Commissioning and Qualification execution/leadership experience for packaging equipment.
• Experience with automatic packaging lines, visual inspection booths, and serialization systems.
• Ability to coordinate CQV activities with EPCM, Engineering, Operations, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead CQV execution for packaging, storage, cold rooms, and freeze-thaw systems.
• Develop strategies and procedures to support commissioning and qualification scope.
• Plan and execute commissioning activities across allocated areas and systems.
• Coordinate CQV teams and vendors to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare CQV documentation for accuracy and alignment across systems.
• Lead start-up, procurement, and vendor selection activities.
• Interface with vendors and conduct coordination meetings for preparation and execution.
