Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial consultations and evaluations of individuals.
  • Providing guidelines to reduce or eliminate unhealthy behaviors.
  • Developing and conducting seminars for clients and other employees.
  • Developing health care plans tailored for each client's needs.
  • Working with other health care providers.
  • Supporting clients in their recovery or rehabilitation.
  • Follow physician-partners’ instructions and guidelines related to the administration of sleep aids.
  • Explain the use of sleep aids and orient the patient for the sleep aids objectives.
  • Document routine observations of patients' receptiveness towards the use of the sleep aids.
  • Demonstrate adherence to cleaning and disinfection procedures for sleep aids.
  • Perform routine equipment care and maintenance and inventory evaluation.
  • Respond to clients procedural-related inquiries.

We are looking for a CPAP Therapy Coach to be responsible for evaluating and improving clients' health and wellness. The responsibilities include assessing clients' health, coaching clients on how to improve their health, and developing health care plans.

To be successful as a CPAP Therapy Coach, the candidate should have an optimistic disposition, good conflict resolution skills, and possess the ability to communicate effectively.
