As part of the Compliance Policy & Analytics Department (CPAD) team, you will play a crucial role in leading and shaping the inspection framework for Corporate Service Providers (CSPs) and ensuring robust AML/CFT compliance in Singapore's corporate service sector. What you will be working on:
  • Lead the development and enhancement of risk-based inspection frameworks and methodologies for CSPs, ensuring alignment with international AML/CFT standards and best practices
  • Oversee and direct complex inspections of CSPs, including the planning, execution, and reporting of findings
  • Drive the implementation of data analytics solutions to strengthen risk assessment capabilities and improve inspection targeting
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of ACRA's supervisory approach for CSPs
  • Lead engagement with key stakeholders, including senior management of CSPs and professional bodies, to promote understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Mentor and guide team members in conducting inspections and developing their technical capabilities
  • Provide strategic input for policy formulation and regulatory reforms based on inspection insights and emerging risks
What we are looking for:
