Qualifications

• Experience in consultative selling of CPaaS products.
• Strong technical understanding of customer environments.
• Ability to coordinate across various functional teams.
• Fluency in Mandarin/Chinese is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales to be the technical contact throughout the sales cycle.
• Manage PoCs and trials, ensuring challenges are defined and met.
• Provide support for RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
• Perform client visits for presentations and training workshops.
• Stay updated with competitors' products and provide feedback.
