Job summary

A professional services firm in Singapore is seeking a Training Coordinator on a 6-month renewable contract. You will ensure smooth course delivery for local and international participants, managing all logistics and operations. About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate pre-course arrangements including applications, documentation, logistics, and preparation of course materials
  • Manage day-to-day course operations such as classroom setup, technical requirements, and on-site support
  • Oversee post-course tasks including evaluations, certificates, and maintaining participant records
  • Provide support to instructors and participants, including travel and accommodation coordination
  • Handle administrative and financial processing such as payments, claims, and documentation
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of all training activities
