What You’ll Do
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective businesses and help them enrol in our business-transforming tech courses
  • Understand students’ needs and recommend the most suitable course pathway
  • Follow up with warm leads via CRM, calls, and WhatsApp
  • Achieve daily talk-time and monthly sales targets
  • Work closely with your Telesales Manager and team to hit team goals and compete for top performance bonuses
  • Receive hands-on coaching and scripts to help you close better, faster
What We’re Looking For
  • Prior telesales or inside sales experience preferred — but coachable fresh candidates welcome
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence over the phone
  • Resilience and hunger — you’re driven by targets and rewards
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and responsiveness
