Course Assistant Manager/Manager
Job Overview

Oversee all aspects of the Real Estate Salesperson (RES) course to ensure it meets the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) standards and effectively prepares students for the RES examination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support for course operations coordination plan, develop, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of all courses.
  • Collaborate with Course Developers on new course development.
  • Conduct course audits and manage updates, including submissions to relevant agencies.
  • Continuously improve the learner experience.
  • Train and onboard new trainers.
  • Coordinate course scheduling, trainer assignments, and stakeholder communication.
  • Plan and organize regular business reviews.
  • Prepare monthly reports and updates for senior management.
  • Support project research, ecosystem planning, internal engagements
  • Assist in the commercialization
  • Provide during-course and post-course support.
  • Manage claims and fee collection processes.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
  • Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive, creative, and positive mindset with strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
