Job summary

WYETH NUTRITIONALS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a cost accounting professional to implement and maintain cost and inventory systems, review monthly closings, and prepare variance analyses for management decisions.

The role supports standard cost budgeting, NAS‑compliant inventory control, and cross‑functional projects aimed at improving efficiency. Requires a degree in Accountancy and 3+ years in manufacturing; SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP system preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain cost and inventory systems including monthly closing.
• Prepare and review variance analyses to aid management decisions.
• Ensure internal control compliance with NAS and best practices.
• Support cost saving projects and cross‑functional improvement efforts.
• Manage annual budgeting, price changes, revisions and simulations.
• Report stock/cost information for closing schedules and reconciliations.
• Conduct annual physical inventory stock-take in compliance with NAS.

Job description

Responsible for implementing and maintaining cost and inventory systems, preparing and reviewing monthly operations, variance analysis reports and monthly financial closing.

Reporting and Analysis

Responsible for monthly variance analysis and reporting to assist management in decision‑making and improving operating efficiencies.

Review and analysis on PPV Actual and Dynamic Forecast.

Internal Control

Continuously review current internal control and ensure compliance with NAS & best practices.

Management Accounting and Projects

Assist in projects to better improve cost savings and efficiencies, and support cross functions in their improvement projects.

Standard Cost Budget

Responsible for annual budgeting process, quarterly price change, budget revision and simulation.

Perform annual standard setting process based on Nestle Costing Standards.

Inventory Control and Monitoring

Process, evaluate, interpret and report of stock/cost information for monthly closing schedules and reconciliation.

Conduct annual physical inventory stock-take in compliance with NAS.

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP system will be preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meeting datelines.
