Job Title : Cost Control Assistant
Job location : 60 Kaki Bukit Place

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Cost Control Manager in project costing and cost control duties.
  • Review project request documents for issuance of Purchase Orders, Work Order (PO/WO).
  • Verify costs against approved project budgets prior to PO issuance.
  • Prepare and issue PO/WO using Microsoft ERP systems.
  • Liaise with vendors for PO/WO endorsement and coordinate with Project Managers when required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties related to projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, preferably with Certificate / Diploma inAccounting or related field.
  • At least a few years of relevant working experience in cost control, procurement, or related roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central (BC) / SAP.
  • Meticulous, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
  • Willing to learn, able to multi-task, and work independently.
