Job summary

Responsibilities include developing cost-reduction strategies, preparing budgeting reports, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and possesses strong analytical and communication skills. Rotating shifts and off-days are part of the work schedule.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or commerce with a specialization in accountancy.
  • Exceptional ability to think critically and make decisions based on data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to reduce costs and project pricing.
  • Prepare budgeting reports by collecting information from various departments.
  • Investigate discrepancies in financial records and perform month-end close activities.
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor the accumulation of all direct labour and other operational expenses.

Job description
  • Develop strategies to reduce costs and Project pricing to ensure the best possible return
  • Prepare budgeting reports by collecting information and data points from various departments within the organisation.
  • Investigate discrepancies in financial records and perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Conduct regular audits, interpret rules related to accounting practices and ensure compliance with the standard regulations in Singapore.
  • Monitor the accumulation of all direct labour, overhead and other operation expenses.
  • Other works such as invoicing and site quotation submission.
  • Report to HR Manager
Required skills and qualifications
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or commerce with a specialisation in accountancy.
  • Exceptional ability to think critically and make decisions based on data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in discussing financial reports with company stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Construction Scaffold Project will be advantage
  • Able to work in stress environment

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • Rotating Shift (8am to 5pm) or (10am to 7pm)
  • Rotating off days
