Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage monthly SAP closing activities and coordinate budget plans. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, with proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills. The salary can go up to $5000.

• Experience in product costing in a manufacturing environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP month-end closing activities and perform monthly or quarterly product costing runs.
• Coordinate and prepare annual budget plans in collaboration with all departments.
• Oversee manufacturing cost control and monitor inventory for finished goods and WIP.
• Prepare cost control reports and support monthly management reporting.

Job description

Coordinate and prepare annual budget plans in collaboration with all departments.

Oversee manufacturing cost control and monitor inventory for finished goods, spare parts, consumables, and WIP.

Prepare cost control reports, support monthly management reporting, and assist with audit schedule preparation.

Participate in ad‑hoc financial and business projects as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in SAP is essential, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
