Job description

Training Delivery

• Facilitate engaging classroom and hands‑on training in food safety, workplace safety, and related programs (both WSQ and non‑WSQ).
• Assess and grade learners fairly and consistently.
• Deliver lessons that effectively meet key learning outcomes.

Outlet Coaching – Operations

• Partner with brand heads to mentor Service ACEs, helping them reach their full potential.
• Coach and guide mid‑management to improve leadership and appraisal results.
• Lead performance and promotional evaluations for Service ACEs in mid‑management.
• Ensure service excellence and professional customer interactions at all outlets.

Outlet Coaching – Non‑Operations

• Support ongoing development through structured training and continuous coaching.
• Conduct 5S, Quality Assurance, and Service Audits with outlet leaders.
• Report on learning progress and improvement plans to the training team.
• Drive the implementation of learning plans to close performance gaps.
• Contribute to company training initiatives and special projects.

Requirement

• 3+ years in F&B management; fine dining exposure a plus.
• Inspiring leader with strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• ACTA/ACLP, DACE, or WSET Level 2+ certifications are beneficial.
