Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Corporate Strategist to guide our next phase of growth and market leadership. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and forward-thinking, to develop and execute the long-term strategic plan for our company. You will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, driving market expansion, and optimizing our business model to ensure our services remain vital, competitive, and financially sustainable.

  • Strategic Planning & Development: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend forecasting for both the emergency services and first aid training sectors. Lead the development of the company’s 3-5 year strategic roadmap, defining clear objectives, key results, and implementation plans. Identify and evaluate new growth avenues, new training course accreditation, or expansion into adjacent service markets.
  • Commercial & Operational Alignment: Work closely with the operations team to ensure strategic plans are grounded in operational reality and resource capacity. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new services and penetrate new customer segments (e.g., corporate clients, schools, industrial estates). Support tender and bidding processes for large-scale contracts with strategic analysis and compelling proposal content.
  • Tenders & Compliance: Prepare and compile reports, forms, and documentation for tender submissions in line with specified requirements. Manage post-submission queries and correspondences with relevant agencies or stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare quotations and assist with tenders and other business submissions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a relevant master’s degree is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably within business development roles.
  • Experience with tender and grant application processes is a significant advantage.
