A leading staffing agency in Singapore is looking for a Corporate Services Manager to oversee office operations, manage vendor performance, and drive employee experience initiatives. Job description

The corporate services manager oversees workplace operations, office administration and employee support services across the bank’s premises. The role ensures efficient service delivery, seamless office operations and exceptional workplace experience. This role also manages the vendors performance, admin functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing day-to-day office operations, workplace support and administrative services (reception, mailroom, pantry, logistics, etc)
  • Oversee vendor contracts and ensure service levels meet the standard.
  • Plan and manage office budgets, procurement and cost control initiatives.
  • Ensure compliances with corporate policies, governance and audit requirement.
  • Lead projects related to workplace improvements.
  • Drive employee and guest experience initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with FM on space planning and business continuity support.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Min. 5+ years of relevant experience in facilities or property management.
  • Prior banking / financial services environment is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communications, problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS office.
